Do I need a wallet to search?
No. The explorer works with no wallet, no account and no connection.
Where are my phrase and password kept?
The phrase is encrypted with your password and stored in this browser only. The password is never stored anywhere.
Can I recover a lost password?
No, and neither can anyone else. Your 24 words, or an encrypted backup plus its password, are the only ways back in.
Why do the balance or price differ from another site?
Different indexers update at different moments, and prices come from a market source cached for a few minutes. On-chain balance and market price are different kinds of fact.
My transfer is not confirming. What now?
Broadcast is not confirmation. Check the transaction by its identifier before sending anything again — resending can produce two transfers.
What do "failed" and "bounced" mean?
Failed means the message reached the chain and its execution did not succeed. Bounced means it was returned to the sender, usually because the destination could not accept it. In both cases fees are still spent.
Why is a token or collectible hidden as spam?
Because it is blacklisted by the indexer, advertises in its name or ticker, or imitates a verified token you already hold. Nothing is deleted — every list has a switch to show what was folded away, with the reason.
What is a jetton?
A token on TON. Its name and symbol are not unique — only the master contract address identifies it, which is why that address is shown next to unverified tokens.
What is slippage?
The price can move between quoting a swap and executing it. Slippage tolerance is how much of that move you accept; below it the swap fails instead of filling at a worse price.
What happens if I clear browser data?
The vault, contacts and recent searches are erased. Without your 24 words or an encrypted backup, the wallet cannot be restored.
How do I move the wallet to another browser or device?
Save an encrypted backup from Profile, open the site in the other browser, choose "Restore from backup" and enter the same password. Your 24 words work too.
How do I disconnect a dApp?
Open Apps in the wallet and disconnect the session. It stops receiving requests.
Is this connected to the TON Foundation or Telegram?
No. It is independent software that speaks their public protocols.
